This place is hugely popular and for many reasons - one of them being that they're the perfect post-Disney bite given their late hours and close proximity to the park (~10min drive). The employees are all nice and friendly - shoutout to Bryan! Service is quick despite how busy they get. They do have a kiosk for quick ordering. There is a good amount of indoor seating. The highlight is the large, covered outdoor area, complete with TVs and lights. They do have a restroom. WiFi is available. There is plenty of parking in their private lot, but it can get packed. Tip: park in the Albertsons lot across the street. The noise level stays pretty moderate, and the atmosphere is very laidback. There is a security guard at the front for those concerned about going late at night. The food is so good! Everything is savory, flavorful, and moist. The Cholos Pizza is a must-try. The menu is straightforward, but they still offer many different food options, as well as drinks and desserts. They have a large salsa station with various sauces and toppings. Prices are super fair considering the quality and how much meat they pile on. 10/10 recommend. I'll be bringing everyone I know here.

I forgot to take pictures sorry but I am definitely going back. You can smell this restaurant from the street and see the smoke from them cooking through out the parking lot. It was packed but the line moved fast and tables would open up quickly as well. I had tacos they are simple and amazing best a have had they literally made my day, I am going to try everything on their menu. This place is a must try and you won't be disappointed.

The food Is fantastic here, but my God. What a sh*t show of a parking lot. It's a one-way parking lot, so if it's packed there's no turnaround at the end and you're going to have to pull some pretty creative maneuvering to get turned around. Do yourself a favor and park on a side street and take the 2 minutes to walk over. Always super loud with music and fulbol full blast. Daytime and earlier in the evenings are fine for families, but I would almost call this more of a hood hangout at night.. So be careful. That being said, you know the best food is usually in the hood. So overcome these obstacles and go grub here.

The meat in these tacos are SO BOMB! I don't really go for pork belly, but I loved it from here. Even the rib eye, asada and chicken! You can see them grilling the meat too which is neat ! They have so many more meat /non-meat selections, and drinks to choose from. Their horchata was good too!! Service is fast and friendly. There will be a line out the door but it's moves fairly quickly and you get the food faster than you wait in line. It's self serve seating and it gets crowded quickly. I came here with a big family group so we ate by our cars/the bed of the trucks. They have plenty of trash cans around so it's decently clean (as long as people pick up after themselves) If I'm in OC again I'll definitely be back. Oh and don't skip the sauces!!! Omgggg I wanted to take it home

If you are anywhere in LA this taco spot is a must have! It is seriously the best taco spot I have ever tried based on taste, variety, and prices. Tacos Los Cholos is always packed every single time I've visited and for good reason. However, the wait is never too long. Starting off with the service; the workers here are very friendly and patient. For my order, I had the carne asada tacos and horchata. It really is the best carne asada tacos I've ever had. The meat was so tender and flavorful. Most places where carne asada is served can be very dry. They had almost every meat served but I loved the steak. Each taco was about $2 which is honestly a steal because tacos in the Bay can range anywhere between 3-4$. I believe they also have a Taco Tuesday deal. I also ordered a horchata which I didn't really care for because it was watered down but could be since we came really late at night. My favorite thing about this place is their self serve salsa bar. So many sauces, and sides like cucumbers, radishes, onions and cilantro. The habenero sauce is so spicy but so addicting. Overall, I loved everything about this place. It felt so lively with the music and people filling the room. Every time I could to LA, I am going to be stopping here at least 2 times.

Had an intense craving for some tacos and after seeing their grill set up I just knew this place would hit. I opted for four tacos, asada, chorizo, arracherra, and grilled mushroom. They each had a good amount of filling and were seasoned well! You can really taste the char from the grill for each of the fillings. My favorite one was the chorizo, its been a while since I had chorizo that was actually good and cooked well and Tacos Los Cholos was perfect! I also liked the mushrooms because Im just a sucker for a good grilled mushroom. They have a good amount of salsas that are all honestly so good, ones that you can just sip on as you're eating. Vibes here are casual and friendly! Parking can be a bit tight but theres always people coming in and out so we were able to secure a spot easily. Same concept for the tables, you kinda just have to keep an eye out.

Amazing food! It's pretty crowded be ready to keep an eye out for people to finish. The portions were generous and filling.

I was hesitant to eat here because of the reviews, but the tacos were good, the service was good, and the miches were good. The price was reasonable and the sauces were delicious. In my opinion everything was just right.

Came here a couple weeks ago and thought the food was pretty good overall. I ordered the Ribeye taco and an Asada Burrito. The Ribeye taco was smaller than I was expecting but was very flavorful. The burrito was a good size but the Asada paled in comparison to the Ribeye. Food took about 30 minutes to come out after ordering, which was after waiting in line for about 20 minutes. Service was friendly but this place is just always packed.

Everything was really good. Me and my friend really enjoyed the tacos and the cholo tacos. They are all really good and very fast service. It's really busy but it's worth it.
